Welcome to Appalon. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and wholesale buyers.
Appalon reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, including placing false orders or misusing services.

3. Products

We manufacture and sell school footwear and related products for both direct consumers and wholesale/B2B buyers.
Product colours and designs may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to photography and screen settings.
Made-to-order and customised products are manufactured as per buyer requirements and may not exactly replicate samples or images.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), as specified.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Wholesale and bulk order pricing is available on request.
Appalon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors.

5. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
For made-to-order and bulk orders, production begins only after payment confirmation or as agreed in writing.
We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout.
For B2B orders, any agreed credit terms must be honoured. Delayed payments may attract additional charges or order suspension.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or production has begun.
Made-to-order and bulk/wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy—Appalon is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns, Refunds & Defects

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Made-to-order and bulk/wholesale orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
In case of manufacturing defects, customers must notify us within a specified time of 7 days for replacement or resolution, subject to verification.

9. Wholesale & B2B Orders

Products listed under customised or bulk categories are intended for wholesale/B2B purchase only.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs), pricing, and timelines will be communicated separately.
Appalon reserves the right to accept or decline any wholesale inquiry.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the property of Appalon and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Limitation of Liability

Appalon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

13. Force Majeure

Appalon shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or disruptions in supply chains.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
