Shipping Policy

At Appalon, we strive to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on the same day if placed before [cut-off time, 5:00 PM IST] on business days.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • For made-to-order and bulk/wholesale orders, processing and production timelines will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • For international or bulk wholesale shipments, please contact us directly to discuss shipping arrangements and costs.

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • A standard shipping charge of ₹49 applies to all orders across India.
  • For bulk/wholesale orders, shipping charges will be communicated separately based on order size and destination.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can use this to track your shipment through the courier's website.

6. Courier Partners

  • We ship via reputed courier partners across India. The courier assigned may vary based on your location and order size.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Appalon is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • In case of a lost shipment, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges of ₹49 will apply in such cases.

9. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Shipping for bulk and wholesale orders is handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Lead times, shipping methods, and costs will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
  • Large orders may be shipped in multiple consignments.
