Return & Refund Policy

At Appalon, we take pride in the quality of our school footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

How to Return

  • Contact us at support@appalon.co.in or through our Contact page with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will need to courier the item back to our address at your own expense.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Appalon is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
  • Please share the courier tracking details with us after dispatch.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or colour within the 15-day return window, subject to availability.
  • Exchange items must also be couriered back to us before the replacement is dispatched.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised shoes are not eligible for return or refund, as they are manufactured specifically to your requirements.
  • Bulk/wholesale orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Appalon reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
